If the old adage that there is no bad pen for a good writer holds true then I imagine it applies just as well with artists. This came to mind while going through some of my old comic books from the Philippines. No one can help but be amazed at how beautiful some of the drawings that were produced with a cheap Chinese bamboo brush by the artists.
