Welcome! to my very first post.
It gives me great pleasure to announce my latest production in publishing works by artists from the diffirent spectrum of fine art, illustration and the comic genre.
So, without much ado, I would like to make it known that Auad Publishing is proud to announce the reprinting of fourteen plates of Frank Brangwyn’s interpretation of The Way of the Cross that was first publishied by Hodder & Stoughton in 1935 in a Deluxe limited two hundred and fifty copies with a commentary by Gilbert Keith Chesterton.
Auad Publishing is privileged and honored to reprint these images for the first time by especial permission from Mr.David Brangwyn, the grandson of Frank Brangwyn’s cousin and the holder of the copyright. This is a very limited, designed portfolio with a four page essay by Dr. Libby Horner from England who is considered the world’s leading authority on Frank Brangwyn.
This edition is limited to seven hundred numbered plus fifty copies hors de commerce numbered I-L. The plates measure 11 x14″ and printed in letterpress on Teton 80 lb. stock by D.T. Printing in San Francisco with a sturdy portfolio-box by Regent Publishing Services Ltd.
